Modern Hill Country Glam Wedding for Tyler + Mary

Mary + Tyler

This January, our team made our way out to the breathtaking venue of Stonehouse Villa and it started our 2022 off in the best way! There are not enough letters on a keyboard or words on a paper that amount to how incredible Mary + Tyler are. From the moment we met them, we could tell that they were going to hold such a special place in our hearts. Mary is in nursing school and is nothing short of kind, loving, selfless, and intentional. Tyler is a top producer at UFCU for home mortgages and is compassionate, caring, respectful, and full of love and admiration for Mary. Individually, they're amazing, but together, they're perfect. Getting to know them throughout the wedding planning process was one of our greatest honors!

This day was one full of exciting, intentional, unforgettable moments. From outfit changes to yummy fajitas to an incredible dance party to a food truck for a late-night snack, this wedding was unique and incredible in so many ways! Something else that made this day so special for us and the couple, was that Abbie, owner of ACH Events, officiated the wedding and helped make two become one! This was such an honor, and a moment we will truly never forget. We love that our job includes so much more than just planning and working out the details, it's about making connections and relationships that last beyond wedding day! Getting to take part in the sweet, intimate moments is something that we will always cherish.

Mary had not only one, but two outfit changes. She added an accent skirt to her wedding dress for the ceremony. For dinner and first dances, she removed the skirt to showcase her stunning mermaid-style wedding dress. Later, she tore it down on the dance floor in a fun and fringy party dress! Mary's outfit change had everyone feeling all of the Kacey Musgrave vibes. It is always so fun when the bride decides to change it up for the reception. Pro tip -make sure you have a dress you can get down on the dance floor in! Whether it be your ceremony dress or one you decide to change into, being able to move and groove in your wedding attire is key!

Mary wasn't the only fashionista at this wedding. Tyler showed up looking incredibly dapper in his custom-made suit from Soto & Co here in Austin. Soto & Co designs custom men’s suits, custom dress shirts, and other tailored pieces for everyday wear or wedding suits. Being a University of Texas graduate, Tyler personalized the inside of his suit with burnt orange Texas Exes fabric. Add that to the pine green velvet exterior of the jacket and you have yourself the perfect custom jacket for a January wedding in the Texas Hill Country.

Mary and Tyler, we wish you the absolute best as you embark on your first year of marriage. We cannot wait to see where life takes the two of you!
